Hi! My name is
Olivia. I'm a third generation
Italian-American: my grandparents came to the United
States through Ellis Island from Faicchio, Campania,
and San Fratello, Sicilia. Although I
was born and raised in California, I currently reside in
Colorado Springs, Colorado.

I hold an Associates
of Liberal Arts and I am currently working on my
Bachelors degree through distance learning. I
first started painting as a hobby. I diligently
studied the attributes and qualities of acrylic paint;
then I moved on to watercolors, color pencils, and
pastels. I am told my style is a unique
combination of expressionism and post-impressionism.
Upon seeing the photos of the Italian countryside that
my father brought back from his travels, I was
encouraged to focus my abilities on painting landscapes.
Now, after viewing these wonderful landscapes for
myself, I am more inspired than ever to share the
breathtaking imagery of Italy. My artwork tends to
be bright and bold, depicting the Italian culture—full
of life and vibrancy. The vibrancy even surfaces
in the soft designs of the watercolors.

After my grandmother
sat down with me and instructed me on the basics of
knitting, it seems my needles have never ceased in their
movements. I continue to learn new techniques, and
I am now an experienced knitter. Upon discovering
the delight of needlecrafts, I taught myself to tat.
I would like to now invite you to explore my website...
