Return & Exchange Policy / Contact Details


  1. Items can only be exchanged in person or exchanged via post.
  2. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
  3. To get a full refund or returned item(s), the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. The customer is responsible for any change or damage to an/the item(s) when handling it. This means that if the item(s) has been used for anything other than what is permitted, it will be regarded as used. This means if you wish to return the item(s), you will receive no refund or partial refund, depending on the individual case.
  4. Swimwear/Underwear as well "Customized Products" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  5. LivArt® will not cover return shipment costs.
  6. Masterpiece paintings are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  7. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded. Once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-3 above, the refund will be credited to the card original purchase been made. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER VIA POST

Prepare a mailing label with the following address:

  1. Place the item in the envelope or box.
  2. Print/scan a copy of your purchase order and copy of your payment slip and send it to us per email. Include both documents (copy of purchase order/payment slip) also in the package.
  3. Pack the item(s) for return. Put the postage label on the front, and don't forget to include the "Return Merchandise Form" ("Return Merchandise Form" download here).
  4. Processing: Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets our returns policy, we'll process your refund and send you an email to let you know. The refund will appear in your bank account in about 3-5 working days from the time the return order is received and we have checked to make sure it is not damaged in anyway. If there are any issues or your return doesn't meet our policy, we'll contact you. You will have to pay for the return shipment.

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange an item or item(s), you will have to place a new order on liv-art.com from the item(s) that you want, and send back the item(s) you wish returned to "Aiko Limited" (see details above) within 14 days. Please follow step 1-4 from "How to return an online order via post" from above incl. fill in the "Return Merchandise Form" ("Return Merchandise Form" download here). You will have to pay the return shipment.

COMPLAINS

LivArt® always strives to make sure its products are of the highest quality, but sometimes mistake happen and a product is not up to our usual, high standards. In this case, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the mistake. General we will after meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase and we confirm that the complaint is justified and not due to any fault or misuse on your part.

FRAUD

LivArt® reserve the rights to reject or cancel an order where there is a suspicious of fraud, false information or hacking. This is also true in cases of bad faith: for example, and obvious price misprint at liv-art.com.

The purchase of gathering this information is to deliver your item(s) to you.

Our Director and those responsible for the data at LivArt® have access to the personal data. We do not save encrypted customer information, nor do we transmit encrypted customer information.

Information provided by LivArt® will never be forwarded or sold to a thirty party, nor will we ever register any private, personal information.
